Once you've decided to return your product/s, here is what you need to do:

Write to us on care@loveforpets.in and inform us of return.
Provide your order number and email id and the loveforpets team will get in touch with you by email
For Guest Users

Provide the reason for return and loveforpets team will proceed with return process.
Terms and Conditions for Returns: - 
Return within 15 days is eligible for a full refund.
Returns after 15 days are not eligible for a refund.
All items must be returned in their original condition.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
Quality or Size issue
Has missing parts or accessories
Is different from what was ordered
